  • 2 tablespoons fine almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet or large plate with a piece of parchment paper or Silpat baking mat.
  2. In a medium or small bowl, combine the natural creamy peanut butter, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Form into 8 medium-sized balls, rolling in the palm of your hand and arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet. Place peanut butter balls in freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
