Pumpkin pie spice is one of the quintessential flavors of fall. Although you can buy containers of this popular spice, it only takes a couple minutes to whip up your own using ingredients you probably already have on hand.

History of Irish Cream

In the early ’70’s a couple of guys from Gilbeys (a division of the International Distillers and Vitners – ID&V) were recruited to come up with a new drink to export out of Ireland. With Ireland producing more cream then they knew what to do with and also famed for having the best whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream came to be. One of the highest grossing liqueurs of all times, Irish Cream continues its popularity still today. It is the perfect ingredient for a pumpkin spice coffee.
